Return to the Roaster

After exams, Coffee Kids returned to the roaster to prepare our upcoming drip bags. The green beans we used this time is Nordic Approach Sakicha Fermented, which has a rich, fruity flavor.

Our new drip bag covers will come from selected drawings from our school‘s drawing completion. Among the 6 selected drawings, 5 belong to our Stand With Ukraine series. In addition, we invited our classmate, James, to be our roasting helper of the day. James experienced our daily roasting process, and we were grateful for his help.
