為了製作接下來即將上市的新掛耳包,咖啡小子們在下課後進行了最新一次的烘豆。這批烘的豆子依舊是來自北歐精品豆商Nordic Approach的優質生豆,分別是來自衣索比亞的日曬Bombe Natural、Pile Up,以及水洗的Aricha。我們一如既往地以淺中焙度來展現這批精品豆的多層次風味。在陸續參與了幾次的烘豆,Jeffery和Tony也對整個過程越來越熟悉,甚至已經能兩人單獨作業控制整台烘豆機了!相信他們兩位一定能持續為咖啡小子挹注能量,為公益不遺餘力!
In preparation for our upcoming drip bags, Coffee Kids spent the time after school to roast coffee. Our green beans are high quality coffee beans from Nordic Approach, and the beans we recently roasted were Bombe Natural, Pile Up, and the washed Aricha. With several trials of practice, Jeffery and Tony are also more familiar with the roasting process, being able to control the entire roasting machine on their own. Hopefully they could instill energy to propel our project forward.
